A leading company in the new energy materials industry is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations. Responsibilities include administrative support, communication management, and external relations. Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate communication and cooperation among internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
Follow up on tasks assigned by the General Manager and provide timely updates.
Support external relations, including client reception, government liaison, and business negotiations.
Manage and maintain the filing and confidentiality of important documents and records.
Collect and analyze industry trends and competitor information to support decision-making.
Represent the General Manager in meetings or events when necessary.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
