Job description

Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Draft meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, and other relevant documents.

Coordinate communication and cooperation among internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.

Follow up on tasks assigned by the General Manager and provide timely updates.

Support external relations, including client reception, government liaison, and business negotiations.

Manage and maintain the filing and confidentiality of important documents and records.

Collect and analyze industry trends and competitor information to support decision-making.

Represent the General Manager in meetings or events when necessary.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Languages, or related fields preferred;
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese with excellent reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills; language proficiency certificates are required (e.g., CET-6, IELTS, TOEFL, or HSK);
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience; experience supporting senior executives or working in multinational companies is a plus;
  • Strong communication, coordination, execution, and time management skills;
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working under pressure;
  • High sense of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
