Business Development Reliability / Technical Sales Supervisor

Suprabakti Mandiri, www.suprabakti.co.id, the largest conveyor maintenance, corrosion protection, and manufacturer of conveyor components in Indonesia, is expanding its business into the INDUSTRIAL INSPECTION field.

We currently have an opening for a “hands-on” CONDITION MONITORING ENGINEER to join the Reliability Maintenance team.

The position reports to the General Manager of Regional Sales and Operations. The Condition Monitoring Engineer collaborates with the regional maintenance team and plant personnel to maintain and improve the reliability of rotating equipment and achieve facility reliability goals.

This role involves analyzing and reporting the health of rotating process equipment to proactively identify issues before failure occurs.

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering degree with at least 3 years of experience in rotating equipment, mechanical maintenance, or reliability engineering in an industrial plant and mining environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance requirements for rotating equipment.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Level II certification in vibration analysis.
• Experience working with vibration systems, including transmitters, probes, accelerometers, and related hardware.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment such as gearboxes, motors, fans, pumps, vibrating screens, bearings, chillers, and turbines.
• Knowledge of general rotating equipment fundamentals, including assembly fits and tolerances.
• Willingness to travel and stay short-term at company sites across Indonesia.
• Ability to drive a car and possess a valid driver’s license.

Placement is at the Head Office in Sunter, North Jakarta.
