A leading company in retail operations is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across several outlets. This role involves recruiting and developing a team, monitoring performance, and ensuring high customer service standards. The ideal candidate should have a diploma and extensive experience in retail, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsible for the several outlets’/counters’ daily operation. e.g. sales, marketing strategy, stock management, merchandise, manpower etc to meet company’s sales goals.
