Join a leading company in the electric vehicle sector as a Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales strategies in East Java. You will manage sales teams, cultivate dealer relationships, and collaborate with various departments to enhance sales effectiveness. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the East Java region.
Manage, monitor, and support the performance of area sales teams and dealer networks.
Build strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, and key stakeholders to expand market share.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and product teams to ensure regional sales effectiveness.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for the sales team in your region.
Ensure the implementation of Yadea’s brand standards and sales processes across channels.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding regional sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with the East Java market and has a good network in the region.
Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Mandarin is a plus.
