Job Description
•Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with overall business goals. Contribute to the preparation of the annual sales plan and sales & marketing budget. Drive revenue through proactive account acquisition, retention, and conversion. Cooperate with Revenue Manager and support the team in achieving individual and team revenue goals.
•Team Management & Training: Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance. Monitor team KPIs and provide coaching and feedback as necessary.
•Client & Account Management: Manage key accounts and build long-term business relationships. Identify new business opportunities and market segments. Represent the property in sales calls, tradeshows, and networking events.
•Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Use data to adjust sales strategies and maximize profitability.
Qualifications
•Previous experience in similar role preferred minimum 1 year.
•Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Good personality, and high work integrity.
•Results-driven with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
