Job summary

A cement manufacturing company based in South Jakarta is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty. The individual will organize and supervise engagement programs, manage sales generation initiatives, and oversee in-store branding efforts to enhance customer experience and satisfaction in the cement market.

Responsibilities

  • Generate brand awareness among end-users for the parent brand at the relevant market/area through in-store program.
  • Generate brand loyalty level on end-user level by developing end-user program (for any portfolio).
  • Generate brand loyalty level on customer by successful & well implementing customer retention/loyalty program (for any portfolio).
  • Managing Sales Generator Program for WS through Si Ahli Semen (SAS) Program.
  • Organize & supervise the customer/consumer engagement program such as retailers gathering, tukang gathering, contractor gathering.
  • Organize end-user loyalty program such as Semen Merah Putih Club Apps (end-user point reward).
  • Manage in-store branding for POSM items, allocation & placement, effectively & efficiently.
  • Generate brand likelihood to be recommended and satisfaction levels based on a recent experience.
  • Organize & supervise program for Mandor Pintar Institute such as training & certification for tukang.
  • Manage the co-marketing activity with developer/association/related government.
