This role is not just about posting you'll be involved in the entire creative process, from concepting and planning to executing, shooting, and editing content.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and execute end-to-end content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok).
• Take part in concept development, storyboarding, and content planning based on brand goals and audience insights.
• Act as on-camera talent to represent the brand with a cheerful, confident, and engaging persona.
• Shoot and edit content (short-form videos, reels, TikToks) thats not only trendy, but also aligns with our brand identity.
• Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure consistency and relevance.
• Run social media ads and monitor performance to continuously optimize strategy and results.
• Keep up with trends in beauty, health, and wellnessand translate them into fresh, innovative content ideas.

Requirements:

• Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience as a Content Creator with a strong portfolio (especially in the beauty or wellness industry).
• Creative thinker with strong visual and editorial instincts.
• Skilled in video production tools and editing software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Confident, charismatic, and cheerful on camera.
• Social media savvy with understanding of digital content trends and ad performance.
• Able to manage projects independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work from office (WFO) in Jakarta Barat.
