About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our talented team at PT. OCS Global Services (OCS Indonesia). In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Based in our Jakarta Selatan office, you will play a pivotal role in the overall success of our construction management operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and implementing effective project plans, including setting clear objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Providing clear and regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and performance.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior project managers, providing guidance and training as needed.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management within facility management or construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large‑scale construction projects from inception to completion (Corporate offices, industrial sites, or commercial buildings).
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems).
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with the capacity to identify and mitigate risks in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
