Job description

Overview

• Responsible for the decomposition of the monthly operating indicators of the sales department and the achievement of sales performance KPI;
• Responsible for the preparation of PDCA tables for the sales team based on the completion of sales performance KPI every month and supervise its implementation;
• Responsible for timely proposing adjustment suggestions for incentive policies according to changes in market conditions;
• Responsible for formulating training needs and plans for sales consultants’ weaknesses and submitting them to the general manager;
• Responsible for formulating and optimizing sales systems, sales processes and sales management team performance KPIs and supervising their implementation;
• Responsible for communicating with the marketing manager about online and offline customer acquisition plans and supervising their implementation;
• Responsible for coordinating emergencies such as customer complaints and emergency public relations events;
• Responsible for helping the sales department communicate and coordinate across departments;
• Responsible for completing the communication and reporting of sales business required by the overseas business department and ATPM;
• Responsible for checking the standards of the exhibition hall and the outreach site and supervising the improvement results;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader (including temporary);
• Report work to the store manager and the overseas business department, and submit monthly work summaries and plans

Qualifications
