Job Description: Are you a people‑person with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? RockStar Academy is looking for a dynamic Sales & Client Relations Officer to connect with our community and help families discover the perfect programs for their children. You’ll be the bridge between our academy and our members, ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively promote RockStar Academy programs and memberships to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members and their families
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable programs and packages
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Process enrollments, payments, and membership updates accurately
  • Conduct follow‑ups and check‑ins to ensure member satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve overall academy goals
  • Represent RockStar Academy at events and community activities
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client relations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑centric mindset
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM tools is a plus
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
