The Position:

As an RMC Controller, you will work with a dynamic and collaborative team within our 24/7 Remote Monitoring Centre based in Balikpapan Indonesia. This position will see you focus on Hexagon’s Operator Alertness System by reviewing and validating system events through video monitoring of system activity and reporting critical incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise the OASWeb application to promptly and accurately classify fatigue and distraction events identified by the OAS system.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of fatigue indicators, escalation patterns, and apply this knowledge effectively during event classification.
• Classify a variety of safety events, including distractions and seat belt violations, in accordance with established protocols.

This position will see you join a 12-hour rotating shift pattern at our head office, inclusive of weekends and public holidays + days/nights. All training related to product portfolio will be provided by business.

We are looking for a customer centric IT Service Support advisor/Mine controller/Technical Advisor or software/systems engineer graduate who is ready for the next step in their career, where your knowledge, skills, experience and passion can be brought to the forefront of your role.

In addition, we are seeking those with the following skills or attributes.

• Prior experience in FMS technology for mining operations would be desired, not essential.
• Prior experience in a service support role, ability to troubleshoot and problem solve would be advantageous.
• Ability to work in a varied digital tool platform, in a video monitoring.
• Ability to communicate verbal/written in English.
• Ability to work rotating shift patterns across days and nights.
• Strong work ethic with ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong data processing skills, with ability to use Microsoft suite competently.
