Job summary

Location: South Bali

Position: Real Estate Assistant (Full-time, Hybrid - onsite and remote)

Salary: 5-6jt base, BPJS + commission possibilities

The Role

We are looking for a Real Estate assistant to help in co‑ordinating all aspects of real estate agent management, and assist in growth and development of our company.

The position ideally suits an experienced Real Estate Agent who is looking for greater salary stability and less time in the field.

It will deal with a variety of administrative tasks such as: co‑ordinating and assisting field agents, finding and assisting customers to list their properties, assisting with staff recruitment and new client acquisition, handling updating properties through WordPress, some basic social media and content management, some data entry and basic communicating with accounting and tax department, and helping to ensure workflow, and day to day tasks in the company are being completed smoothly.

Requirements
  • You need to speak excellent English and Bahasa, and have your own bike and phone.
  • Your own laptop is an advantage but not essential.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual, with great organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in / manage a team and delegate tasks.
  • Able to work unsupervised / remotely when required, and identify/ execute tasks independently.
  • 2-3 days per week of face to face work, and/or travel in South Bali required.
  • Familiar with basic computing, Google Drive, etc.
  • Confident and communicative, presentable and social with clients.
  • Past experience and knowledge in real estate, and sales/ marketing is preferred.
  • Understanding and familiarity with WordPress, databases and CRM systems is a plus.

The position is full-time, with a base salary of IDR 5.000.000-6.000.000 Rp/ month. Full BPJS paid after training period. There is also a commission structure to allow for additional earnings through bonuses. Salary will be discussed in the interview and will be directly proportionate to your skill set and past experience.
