Responsibilities

• Oversee all Product Quality functions in our manufacturing.
• Drive the Quality team KPIs in all stages of production, from incoming raw materials to finished goods shipment.
• Communicate quality issues with the HK office and appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead quality communications with local buying offices.
• Ensure that the quality of our products meets or exceeds our clients' and business expectations, serving as the Hop Lun Kaizen & Quality Champion.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in the same field and position in intimate apparel manufacturing.
• Well-versed in carrying out QA requirements under different customer standards.
• Capable of training trainers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
