Job summary

A progressive accommodation provider is seeking a Property Operations Associate to support the property management process. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining buildings, ensure tenants’ satisfaction, and act as a liaison with facilities staff. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and the role is suitable for fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in property management or hospitality. Qualifications

• Max. 2 years in property management, preferably in real estate, hospitality industry, or early-stage startup.
• Fresh graduates with a strong organizational skill set are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in maintaining buildings effectively.
• Illustrate Cove’s core values and achieve operational standards.
• Act as the liaison between Cove and facilities staff.
• Assist in preparing room inventory report.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Organize properties’ tickets.
• Schedule maintenance or repair of buildings with service contractors.
• Troubleshoot daily facilities maintenance issues.
• Routine procurement of properties’ needs.
