  • Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Lead, develop, and foster team collaboration.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations.
  • Develop operational strategies aligned with company goals for modernization and growth.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE standards across all plant activities.
  • Monitor and improve plant performance through data-driven decision-making and KPIs.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's in Engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of production processes and safety regulations.
