Job summary

A childcare service in BSD, Navapark, is seeking a personal assistant to manage the homeowner's schedule and assist with childcare duties. Responsibilities include transporting children, supervising household staff, and coordinating daily activities. Candidates must have fluency in English and a valid driver's license. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with children in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Job Description
  • Manage the homeowner’s schedule
  • Coordinate and arrange reservations for the homeowner
  • Supervise and manage other household staff, including housemaids and nannies, as well as provide necessary training
  • Create weekly meal plans for the homeowner and the children
  • Transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, appointments, and other events as per the set schedule.
  • Take care of purchasing daily necessities for the home and the children
  • Supervise, ensure safety, and maintain the health and well-being of children both at home and during outings or external activities.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee children’s daily schedules and activities, including school, extracurricular programs, social events, and other engagements.
  • Assist children in completing their homework and other educational/non-educational activities, and support in arranging for additional educational assistance such as private tutors, caregivers, or housekeepers when needed.
  • Monitor and report on children's daily activities, academic performance, and behavior both in school and during tutoring sessions.
  • Handle personal tasks for the children including purchasing essential items such as clothing, food, and other household necessities.
  • Organize and manage travel-related documents (e.g., passports, visas, tickets, hotel bookings, tours, etc.), and accompany the children on domestic or international trips when required.
