Easylink is a fast-growing digital remittance and financial services company. We are committed to expanding accessible and efficient payment solutions for our users through strategic collaborations with local and international partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new partners to expand Easylink’s payment channels (banks, e-wallets, switches, aggregators, and other financial institutions).

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual business growth.

Lead partnership negotiations, including commercial terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Compliance, Legal, and Finance Operations) to ensure smooth integration and implementation of new payment channels.

Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve transaction volume, success rate, and end-user experience.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities in the fintech, payment gateway, and remittance landscape.

Prepare regular reports on partnership pipeline, progress, and results for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, International Relations, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in partnership, business development, or relationship management within fintech or banking.

Strong experience in payment gateway, remittance, or switching networks will be a significant advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).

Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
