Job summary

A leading advertising service provider is seeking a Sales Manager to manage incoming client inquiries and promote our advertising services. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, conduct negotiations, and achieve sales KPIs. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, fluency in English, and strong negotiation skills. This is a full-time position with a fixed salary and bonuses based on performance, including remote work with in-person meetings in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, tourism, or services.
  • Fluent English in both spoken and written forms, at least B2 level.
  • Strong communication skills for professional business correspondence.
  • Experience with CRM and proficiency in both written and face-to-face sales interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage objections.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries from clients and advertisers.
  • Sell OnBali's advertising services and partnership placements.
  • Conduct negotiations and build long-term client relationships.
  • Close deals and meet sales KPIs.
  • Support existing clients while identifying new opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM for managing client interactions.

Job Position

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming inquiries from clients and advertisers. Cold outreach may be required if there are no scheduled meetings
  • Sell OnBali's advertising services, partnership placements, and other commercial offerings
  • Conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Close deals and achieve the set sales KPIs
  • Support existing clients and identify new opportunities to increase profitability per client
  • Work with CRM to record and manage client interactions
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in media, advertising, tourism, or services)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – B2 level or higher.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to conduct professional business correspondence
  • Experience with CRM and sales via written communication as well as in-person meetings (highly important!)
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections during face-to-face meetings
Work Conditions & Benefits
  • Remote work, but the majority of client meetings will be conducted in person.
  • The candidate is responsible for scheduling meetings with clients and attending them personally

  • Fixed base salary + bonuses for closed deals
