Qualifications

• Min. 5 Year experience in implementing or Monitoring Network or Security Solutions.
• Has Certification at Professional level in the field of NextGen Firewall Product (PCNSE/HCIP Security/JNCIP Security/CCSE/FCSS).
• Experience in implementing Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Juniper or Huawei firewalls is highly preferred.
• Understand the concept and the operational of NGFW, IDS, IPS, Anti-DDOS, Sandboxing, VPN and Management Security.
• Have motivation to develop, honest and high initiative.
• Willing to work in a shifting on site at the customer's office.
• Willing to be contracted for the duration of the project.

Job Description

• Monitors client infrastructure and solutions.
• Become a further escalation from the associate engineer level.
• Identifies problems and errors prior to or when they occur.
• Ensure daily operations run normaly.
• Reporting the condition of customer infrastructure to the manager and customer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls to enhance security posture.
• Configure, manage, and optimize firewall policies and rules.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of firewall-related issues.
• Conduct regular firewall audits and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Monitor firewall logs and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to design secure network architectures.
• Collect and analyze feedback from SOP users for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter expert to gather information and insights for SOP development.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in educating employees/customers about cyber security best practices and maintaining a secure digital environment.
• Responsible for SLAs provided by customers.
• Responsible for other job related to project needs.
