Qualifications

Summaries of Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing event logistics and coordinate details for MICE events.
  • Prepare and maintain event documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
  • Support the sales team in scheduling appointments and conducting follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, bookings, and event plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are fulfilled.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials for MICE offerings.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
  • Only for Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in the same or related position in a large luxury resort or hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail with accuracy, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
