🌟 We’re Hiring: Membership Sales Leader (DigitalApp Platform)

Do you have a strong drive in sales and leadership?
We’re looking for a Membership Sales Leader to help expand our user base, drive in-app membership sales, and build an active sales community that grows together with our platform.

You’ll play a key role in promoting our digital membership program, recruiting and guiding new members, and leading your own sales network.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell the digital membership directly through our app.
  • Build, recruit, and lead a growing team of membership sales partners (online and offline).
  • Provide guidance and motivation to team members to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Create and manage engagement activities, such as webinars, referral campaigns, and community challenges, to increase membership conversions.
  • Track daily and weekly performance (sales progress, member growth, team activity) and report results to the management team.
  • Collect feedback from users and team members to improve sales flow and in-app user experience.
📌 Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in direct sales, insurance, MLM, affiliate, or community-based selling.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about building a sales network and community.
  • Results-driven mindset, comfortable working with commission-based goals.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with digital platforms or in-app purchase systems.
  • Able to join immediately would be prioritized
