A dynamic entertainment company in Surabaya seeks a skilled marketing professional to manage brand campaigns and voice for their home karaoke offerings. The role requires 5–7+ years of experience in consumer marketing, proficiency in Indonesian and English, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include planning campaigns, managing social media channels, and developing CRM content. Proficiency in data analysis and basic editing is a plus. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the brand's voice and engage with a broad audience, driving growth and brand recognition.
Your job is to build a trusted, exciting brand and drive full‑funnel campaigns that increase awareness, consideration, and activation—working hand‑in‑hand with Growth to hit subscriber targets.
Own brand voice, guidelines, and messaging pillars for home karaoke (family, friends, party, gifting).
Maintain consistency across website, app UI text, packaging, and retail/partner touchpoints.
Plan and run the promo calendar (launch, payday, festive moments, gifting seasons).
Lead creative briefs and production (short‑form video, key visuals, landing page copy).
Manage social channels and community (IG/TikTok/YouTube); UGC pipeline with Creator.
Manage creator / influencer roster and negotiate deliverables.
Coordinate PR story, press kits, pop‑up demos.
Own content for email/WA/app pushes (Do onboarding, D+7 activation nudges, win‑back).
Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, and offers; feed learnings into Growth.
Lead brand/competitor scans, social listening, simple surveys; turn insights into briefs.
Work with TPM/Product on in‑app banners and feature launch comms.
With CS to translate FAQs/issues into content that reduces tickets.
With BizDev on co‑marketing packages and partner asset approvals.
5–7+ years in consumer marketing (subscriptions/OTT/e‑commerce preferred).
Strong campaign management, copywriting (ID/EN), and creative briefing.
Hands‑on with IG/TikTok/YouTube workflows; basic editing a plus.
Comfortable with data: GA4 basics, UTM hygiene, reading funnel dashboards.
Strong leadership.
Able to speak English is mandatory.
Able to speak Chinese is a plus.
