Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with target consumers and brand positioning
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and Digital)
  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to support brand decision‑making
  • Manage brand communication including key messages, visual guidelines, and tone of voice
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and external agencies (creative, digital, media)
  • Lead and support new product launches (NPD), including concept development, packaging, and promotional activities
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs (brand health, awareness, penetration, and sales impact)
  • Manage brand marketing budgets effectively and efficiently
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Specialist, or similar roles
  • Experience in FMCG, especially snack or food categories, is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of brand management, consumer insights, and marketing communications
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
