Job description

Relevant certifications (ITIL V4, Project Management, Database, Cloud) are a plus.

3–5 years of experience in Project Management, IT Service Management, CRM, or Operations.

Experienced in handling multi‑project environments with diverse stakeholders.

Basic understanding of SQL, middleware, servers, and monitoring tools.

Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Business Analysis & Process Improvement, Customer Experience Enhancement, Automation / RPA / Dashboard Development.

Skilled in creating interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

Basic knowledge of RPA, scripting, and system integration.

Familiar with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or MS Project.

Able to work cross‑functionally (DBA, SysEng, Middleware, Sales, Presales).

Experienced in resource/competency gap analysis.

Proven ability to reduce operational costs or improve SLA performance.

Strong reporting, communication, and client‑facing skills.

Service‑oriented mindset with strong client relationship management.

Job Descriptions

Manage Managed Service operations across L1, L2, L3 Development, and IT Service Management; maintain KPI and SLA targets.

Sustain revenue, prepare monthly reports, and deliver billing documents (BAPP/BAST).

Identify and analyze client pain points to generate new business and scaling opportunities.

Optimize operational costs through effective workforce utilization.

Drive continuous improvement, scalability, and service excellence to enhance business operations and customer experience.

Maintain strong client engagement and relationships.
