A leading public listed company in Indonesia is seeking a professional for handling land acquisition and permitting processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a minimum of 2–3 years experience in land acquisition, and strong communication and administrative skills. This role involves coordinating with teams and authorities to ensure compliance with regulations, with a proactive approach to land-related issues.
Handle end-to-end process of land acquisition and permitting in compliance with government regulations.
Prepare and submit all required documents for land and permit applications to relevant authorities.
Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and government agencies to facilitate timely approval of permits.
Maintain and regularly update accurate records and databases related to land ownership, permits, and legal correspondence.
Monitor changes in land and permit regulations, and provide timely insights or recommendations to the team.
Assist the legal and project teams in handling all matters related to land and permits, including document preparation and coordination.
Proactively address and resolve land-related issues and conflicts.
Conduct verification or clarification processes in the event of land disputes.
