Job summary

Job description

Handle end-to-end process of land acquisition and permitting in compliance with government regulations.

Prepare and submit all required documents for land and permit applications to relevant authorities.

Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and government agencies to facilitate timely approval of permits.

Maintain and regularly update accurate records and databases related to land ownership, permits, and legal correspondence.

Monitor changes in land and permit regulations, and provide timely insights or recommendations to the team.

Assist the legal and project teams in handling all matters related to land and permits, including document preparation and coordination.

Proactively address and resolve land-related issues and conflicts.

Conduct verification or clarification processes in the event of land disputes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in land acquisition or permitting.
  • Good understanding of land regulations and permitting processes in Indonesia.
  • Excellent administrative and document management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Proactive individual with strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Willing to travel for site visits or meetings.
