Main Responsibilities

• Conduct research focused on pest and disease management.

• Assist in developing SOPs, work instructions, and best‑practice guidelines related to pest and disease.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (S2) in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Physiology, or a closely related field (Bachelor’s degree (S1) acceptable).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pest and disease research.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of pest and disease principles.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Willingness to be based in Jambi (remote area).
