Responsibilities
  • Become part of the Consultant team to provide solutions and resolve problems in the IT Service Management (ITSM) area, including ITSM implementation, ITSM improvement and ISO 20000 certification.
  • Complete tasks from the Consulting Team and other related departments in carrying out daily tasks.
  • Lead a team of ITSM implementations.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Adapt and understand the regulation developments related to IT GRC compliance, best practices, frameworks, or standards.
  • Act in an advisory capacity, providing expertise and professional knowledge to executive management on ITIL implementation.
