Job Responsibilities

• Manage the updating, monitoring, and evaluation of procedures and systems related to industrial relations.
• Ensure the industrial relations field runs well without dispute, including labor law compliance, employee handbook management, and best practices with diversity initiatives.
• Maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders related to employment.
• Supervise operational processes such as attendance reporting, payroll processing, tax deduction distribution, and mandatory tax reporting; manage employee insurance claims and periodically review work contracts.
• Oversee performance review processes, goal setting, and feedback sessions (KPI & Performance Management).
• Implement people development, monitor training needs and programs to enhance employee skills and competencies; monitor training session quality and adherence to timelines.
• Assess training program impact and adjust content or methods as needed for continuous improvement.
• Support organizational development initiatives by analyzing workforce capabilities and identifying skill gaps.
• Facilitate change management processes, drive cultural alignment, and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing and 2 years as a Human Resources Supervisor level.
• Proficient in laws and regulations, PPH21, labor relations and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Experience with training program development and change management.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and self‑driven attitude.
