Job description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment & Staffing
    • Develop the factory recruitment plan, expand and maintain local recruitment channels (e.g., JobStreet, local talent markets, referrals), and execute hiring for production, administrative, technical, and other positions.
    • Lead the end‑to‑end hiring process, including CV screening, interview scheduling, interview evaluation, offer communication, and onboarding procedures, ensuring timely placement of key positions.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline, optimize recruitment processes, and enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  2. Employee Relations & Compliance
    • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation confirmation, job transfers, and offboarding; organize new employee orientation and monitor probation assessment progress.
    • Establish and maintain compliant employee records (both electronic and physical) in accordance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDP Law).
    • Be familiar with Indonesian Labor Law and related regulations to ensure compliance in employment contracts (fixed‑term and permanent), BPJS registration, and other labor processes.
    • Handle employee communication and grievances, prevent potential labor disputes, and organize team‑building activities to foster a positive company culture.
  3. Compensation, Benefits & Performance
    • Support the development of compensation and benefits systems based on local Indonesian salary benchmarks and company standards; execute payroll calculations and social security administration.
    • Build foundational performance appraisal mechanisms, organize monthly/quarterly performance reviews, collect feedback, and follow up on improvement actions.
    • Oversee attendance management, compile attendance data, and process leave and overtime matters in compliance with local regulations (including overtime pay and meal arrangements when required).
  4. Training & Development
    • Assess employee training needs, develop annual/quarterly training plans, and organize onboarding training, skills training, and compliance training (e.g., safety, labor regulations).
    • Coordinate with external training providers, track training effectiveness, and maintain training records to support employee development.
  5. Administration & Reporting Support
    • Develop HR and administrative policies for the factory (attendance, leave, code of conduct, etc.) and ensure effective implementation.
    • Collect and analyze HR metrics such as workforce structure, turnover rate, and hiring cycle, and prepare HR reports to support management decision‑making.
    • Complete other HR and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors to support daily factory operations.
  6. Other Tasks – Perform other tasks assigned by the management or line manager.
Job Requirements
  1. Education & Major – Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
  2. Work Experience – At least 2 years of full‑spectrum HR experience; experience in manufacturing or start‑up environments is preferred. Familiar with the Indonesian recruitment market and employment procedures.
  3. Language Skills – Fluent in Chinese or English (either can be used as a working language; interviews will be conducted in Chinese or English).
  4. Core Competencies
    • Ability to independently manage all HR modules, with strong planning and problem‑solving skills.
    • Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law, Personal Data Protection Law, and related regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Strong communication and coordination skills, detail‑oriented, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
  5. Other Requirements – Strong teamwork spirit, excellent coordination skills, and high stress tolerance.
