A leading Jakarta restaurant group is expanding and seeks a strategic HR Director to lead their People & Culture team. This role will be crucial in shaping HR operations, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws. Qualified candidates should possess at least 8–12 years of HR experience, with strong leadership and communication skills. To lead this transformation, we are looking for a strategic, experienced, and people-centered HR Director.
The HR Director will drive our people strategy, build strong culture across all brands, and elevate the employee experience from hiring to growth. You will oversee recruitment, training, development, people experience, HR operations, and performance management.
You will also design a Best-in-Class Induction Programme to ensure every new employee — from FOH to BOH to office — feels welcomed, valued, and embedded in our culture from Day 1.
