OYO is a global hospitality technology company focused on transforming the accommodation experience through innovation, scale, and strong partner ecosystems. We are expanding our demand-side team to strengthen our Travel Agent and Rooms business across key markets.

Responsibilities
  • Represent OYO’s products and services to Travel Agents, corporate clients, and key partners on the ground.
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective sales execution and demand‑generation strategies.
  • Generate new leads and build strong relationships with Travel Agents by planning and organizing daily outreach activities.
  • Develop and execute territory action plans through direct sales approaches, including phone calls, WhatsApp communication, webinars, live presentations, and on‑site client visits when required.
  • Drive room night (RN) production and booking volume from assigned accounts.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback, identify new opportunities, and ensure long‑term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Central, Ops, Marketing) to support onboarding, activation, and account growth.
  • Attend local networking events and industry gatherings to expand OYO’s partner network.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Hotel Sales or Travel Agent Sales.
  • Experience working with Travel Agents or room‑based sales is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with proven ability to close deals and grow accounts.
  • Good analytical thinking and relationship management skills.
  • Well‑groomed, outgoing personality with high integrity and professional attitude.
