Job Description

Health Business Analyst carries out improvement and innovation initiatives needed in Health Business, starting from analyzing business conditions to proposing business development, implementing and evaluating with various internal and external parties of the company. The role also manages Medcare (Garda Medika Application/Health Insurance Mobile App) and Wellness Programs to achieve predetermined business targets.

• Analyze health business conditions, propose, and implement improvements based on the business conditions and digital trends in the field of Health Insurance.
• Advise, evaluate, and implement health business development in Health Insurance.
• Develop, execute, and lead Health Business projects such as Wellness Programs.
• Propose, design, implement, and monitor Wellness Programs based on clients' health performance.
• Coordinate the development of Medcare features (Health Insurance Mobile App), monitor complaints, and conduct periodic monitoring and evaluation of Medcare implementation and Wellness Programs.
• Improve health awareness levels among employee benefit participants through Wellness Programs and the Medcare App Dashboard.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking in Health Insurance or related fields.
• Analyze feedback and develop preventive programs in Health Insurance.
• Promote health information, health/wellness tips & tricks, and merchant promotions in the Medcare App.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1).
• Understand and have extensive knowledge in health, wellness programs, or digital fields.
• Accustomed to working with or understanding Mekari Talenta, Human Resources (HR) & employee benefits (HR Consultant experience welcomed).
• Have experience in the life insurance industry or as an HR Consultant.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance/HR Consulting/Mekari Talenta or implementing/monitoring corporate wellness programs.
• Self‑driven with analytical, creative, interpersonal, negotiation & persuasion skills; able to work as a team and demonstrate leadership.
• Certification in General Insurance (CGI) is a plus.
