  • Conduct end-to-end process of monthly contract review (October, November, December, January)
  • In charge in end-to-end process of organizational restructuring process (quality control, drafting Internal Memo, updating organization chart & directory, inputting new Job-Code)
  • Registering new joiners to Ruangkerja account & the mandatory courses
  • Assisting in Learning & Development process (TNA, training schedule & administration, etc)
