About the role

As a Finance Staff at PT Naili Boga Indonesia, you will be responsible for a variety of financial and accounting tasks that are critical to the organization's success. This is a contract role based in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Accounting & Financial Reporting industry.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other reporting requirements
• Providing support for month-end and year-end closing processes
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather and provide financial information
• Performing data analysis and preparing reports to support decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the Accounting & Financial Reporting industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis
• Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to be placed in PIK area
