Manages Operational Services and ensures that employee performance & system comply with Company & Customer standards.

Managed large manpower with various services (Cleaning Services, Security, Gardener, Technician, Pest Control, Office Support)

Qualifications
  • Min Diploma Degree from any major.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as Supervisor / Asst Manager in Facility Management Services especially with background Security Services.
  • Good Computer Skill (MS. Office)
  • Have specific knowledge and skill in Security, Housekeeping, Cleaning Services, Gardening, Technical, Engineering.
  • Possess Hospitality knowledge to ensure Operational Excellence Facility Management activities as aligned with global standards.
  • Possess strong Facility Management business process and project management skills to be able to identify process improvement opportunities and manage and monitor the improvement projects as according to the established timeline and work plan.
  • Have a good knowledge about health and safety standard to ensure compliance to applicable laws and regulations and to minimize operational risks in operation activities.
  • Able to handle multiple projects at the same time while performing Operational Facility Management improvement projects on the identified to be improved areas within the production processes.
  • Willing to travel and mobile in various area.
  • Preferably have a good network with local governments
