About the job Ecommerce Key Account Manager

Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain primary ownership of relationship with distributors, ecommerce enablers and e-retailers to drive forward company's digital commerce business
  • Help develop and align internally the business plan for the year, covering both sales objectives and the investments required to deliver those.
  • JBP/terms sell in with e-retailers, and conduct annual/quarterly JPB reviews; define monthly sell-in volumes, incentives, commitments from e-retailer
  • Establish and align the best approach to retailer marketing assets, the participation criteria for marketing events, agreeing with retailers on the plan, and executing the commercial agreement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experiences, with 2+ years as Key Account Manager with e-commerce retailers/marketplaces in the target markets and 2-3 years of CRM operation
  • Preference background coming from FMCG brands/principals.
  • Language proficiency both in English and Bahasa
  • A highly motivated and independent individual with strong collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups
