Job Responsibilities
This role is responsible for supporting daily e-commerce operations by managing affiliates, ensuring stock accuracy, handling gimmick execution, and preparing e-commerce data to ensure smooth operations and support sales performance across all online platforms. Additionally, this role will provide operational support to the E-commerce Manager for non-daily activities, special initiatives, and operational adjustments related to the latest updates and enhancements.
- Manage and maintain affiliate activities across e-commerce platforms, including coordination, monitoring and basic performance tracking.
- Ensure product stock levels are accurate and consistently updated across multiple e-commerce stores and platforms, covering multiple warehouses.
- Coordinate stock availability, allocation, and movement across multiple warehouses, including internal warehouses and enabler partners, to support daily operations and campaign needs.
- Prepare and manage e-commerce data to support product stock requests and promotional (gimmick) stock submissions across all stores and warehouses.
- Monitor sales performance and campaign data to support stock planning, allocation, and balancing across multiple stores and warehouses.
- Manage gimmick activities across multiple stores and multiple warehouses, including purchasing, stock monitoring, allocation, and updates during promotions.
- Ensure gimmick stock availability and distribution across multiple warehouses align with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and sales programs.
- Prepare routine e-commerce reports related to sales, stock, affiliates, and gimmicks across all platforms, stores, and warehouses.
- Support the E-commerce Manager in additional marketplace-related tasks, operational improvements, and platform adjustments as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an E-commerce Admin or in a similar operational role.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
- Experience or willingness to manage affiliate programs.
- Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (Intermediate to Advanced Level) for accurate and efficient data processing and reporting.
- Able to work accurately with sales, stock, warehouse, and promotional data.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling multiple stores and multiple warehouse operations in e-commerce.
- Background in FMCG, beauty, or retail e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Familiar with coordination involving warehouses, fulfillment teams, or enabler partners.
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and routine performance tracking.
- Able to communicate clearly with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Willing to learn, adapt, and support dynamic marketplace needs and frequent platform updates.
