We are hiring a Drilling Manager to lead and oversee drilling operations across multiple land rigs in Indonesia. Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day drilling operations across multiple land rigs.
• Supervise and support rig site teams to ensure safe, high-quality execution of drilling programs.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and foster a strong safety culture in the field.
• Monitor and optimize drilling performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, HSE, and logistics to support field operations.
• Oversee rig mobilization/demobilization and ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
• Develop and mentor field personnel to strengthen team capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of drilling experience, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of land rig operations and drilling practices in Indonesia.
• Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage teams under pressure.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to be based in or travel to field locations as required.
