CUSTOMER SERVICE FREIGHT FORWARDING - LOGISTIC

Responsibilities

• Assist marketing team with providing best rate
• Arrange transportation and logistics services such as trucking, shipping, and air freight to meet the specific needs of each shipment
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and vendors
• Track and update the shipping status, maintaining good relationship with carrier, warehouse, trucks and other related department
• Provide customer service, answering the customers’ questions based on real time conditions
• Problem solving with quick speed and efficiency from the customer’s satisfaction
• Build good communication with agent in overseas
• Submit customer report result and report to sales manager
• Maintain database of sales (weekly, monthly, yearly) and potential customer

Requirements

• Min. education Bachelor Degree from any major and reputable university
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and carriers
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work well under pressure and in fast‑paced environments
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable rates and terms with carriers and suppliers
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), able to speak Mandarin will be plus point
• 1‑2 years of working experience as Customer Service / In‑house Sales in logistics and freight forwarding company will be plus point
• Detail, well‑organized, & able to maintain database internally and externally
• Able to join as soon as possible
