We are looking for a CRM Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of CRM solutions for our clients. This role is open for fresh graduates from Industrial Engineering who are eager to build a career in CRM systems, business processes, and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM implementation projects as part of the consulting project team.
• Analyze client business processes and requirements, then translate them into CRM system configurations.
• Assist in designing CRM workflows and features across sales, marketing, customer service, automation, and reporting.
• Identify gaps between business needs and CRM system capabilities, and propose solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Support data migration, system testing, user training, and go-live activities.
• Ensure assigned tasks and deliverables are completed according to project timelines.
• Participate in client workshops, discussions, and user support sessions.
• Prepare basic documentation related to CRM configuration and business processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
