Job Descriptions:
  • Support the end-to-end process of acquiring new financing partners, including due diligence, onboarding, internal coordination, and related activities.
  • Assist in preparing and managing reporting processes for Staffinc Group and its subsidiaries.
  • Execute and improve documentation processes to meet funding, compliance, and internal control requirements.
  • Contribute to OKR setting, monitoring, and other administrative tasks to support team effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standardized templates, guidelines, dashboards and knowledge management tools.
  • Conduct process analysis and support the refinement of standardized operating procedures.
  • Manage or support ad-hoc strategic projects (e.g., system implementation or company wide process improvement initiatives).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in M&A transactions - Financial Analysis, Financial and Commercial Due diligence and valuations.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Financial models (e.g. 3 statement models, DCF, etc)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Preferably has prior internship or project experience in finance, debt instruments, due diligence, or related fields.
