A professional football club in Indonesia is seeking a Commercial Partnership / Marketing Manager to drive commercial and sponsorship revenue. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in business development or B2B corporate sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to connect with high-level executives. This role emphasizes closing deals and managing corporate relationships, offering competitive salary and attractive commissions based on performance.
We are a professional football club operating in Indonesia’s competitive football ecosystem, currently expanding our commercial and sponsorship revenue.
This role is not administrative and not entry-level.
We are looking for a deal-maker, someone who can open doors to corporate decision makers, pitch partnership value, negotiate terms, and close sponsorship deals.
Football is a high-impact media and branding platform.
Your job is to convert that platform into real commercial value through strategic corporate partnerships.
If you are comfortable speaking to CEOs, Marketing Directors, and Brand Managers, and you are driven by results, this role is for you.
⚠️ Important: This position is for professionals who are target-driven and closing-oriented.
If you are not comfortable with cold outreach, presentations, and negotiations, this role is not a fit.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sponsorship, Partnerships, Business Development, or B2B Corporate Sales
Strong professional presence, confident communication, and polished personal presentation
Comfortable representing the organization in corporate and executive-level meetings
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Solid understanding of branding, marketing value, and sponsorship assets
Target-driven, self-motivated, and focused on closing deals
Able to work independently and manage multiple corporate accounts
Existing corporate or brand network is a strong advantage
Passion for sports or football is a plus, but not mandatory
Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
