  • Hands-on experience with AWS and container orchestration.
  • Strong scripting skills using languages such as Bash or Python.

In this role, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-based systems that power a global SaaS platform. You will design and maintain infrastructure, implement DevOps best practices, and manage monitoring and observability tools to optimize performance across production environments. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will support cloud deployments, automate workflows, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Your work will directly impact the user experience and operational efficiency, supporting millions of users worldwide. Accountabilities
  • Design, implement, and manage monitoring and observability systems to detect and resolve production issues efficiently
  • Maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure, including AWS deployments, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems
  • Implement and optimize DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
  • Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot microservices, databases, and cloud‑based tools
  • Collaborate with software engineers and other teams to ensure smooth deployment and operational reliability
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve scalability, performance, and operational efficiency
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on cloud operations best practices
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Infrastructure Operations, including 2+ years in DevOps or CloudOps roles
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and container orchestration using EKS or similar
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
  • Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and GitOps/CI/CD tools like ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems such as DataDog, Prometheus, and Grafana
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, results‑oriented mindset, and ability to manage projects end‑to‑end
