Shift work is required, including public holidays and designated leave periods.

Qualifications

• Holding a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Possessing CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional) certification.
• Minimum 5–12 years of experience in engineering roles within data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to coordinate with government stakeholders and tenants.
• Extensive senior‑level engineering leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all engineering and technical functions.
• Oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure systems.
• Ensure high availability, redundancy, and resilience of data center and critical facilities.
• Develop and implement engineering standards, policies, and best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Prepare and control engineering budgets and operational expenditures.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
