Build and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Manage and scale a diverse and growing team.
Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-vertical client campaigns.
Ensure timely, goal-aligned, and compliant campaign launches.
Optimize performance using data insights to enhance systems and SOPs.
Partner with Business Development to turn client needs into clear campaign plans.
Deliver reports, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Communicate proactively and execute independently.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in campaign delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly.
Identify inefficiencies and implement improved SOPs and best practices.
Build and refine operational systems as the business scales.
Stay adaptable and open to new tools, ideas, and processes.
Design, test, and implement new operational frameworks to support growth.
