Job Description

Key responsibilities :

Online Merchant & Cash Loan Affiliate

  • Responsible for driving initiatives to generate sales and revenue for Indodana's online channel.
  • Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with big online merchants and platforms.
  • Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics.
  • Conduct market research in order to create a competitive sales program that suits customer demand and supports business expansion.
  • Ensure timely & seamless integration and onboarding of new merchant partners into the Indodana ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Key Account in order to support and execute.
  • Review and monitor sales performance from online merchant partners and drive business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success, preferably experience in Merchant Acquisition role.
  • Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Bahasa.
  • Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable, and be focused on deliverables.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • A self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and proactive, with a passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.
