A leading fintech company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Business Development Acquisition Officer to engage with local merchants. This role involves acquiring and maintaining merchant relationships, training on product knowledge, and proposing new programs to enhance company performance. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, have 1-2 years of experience in a financial setting, and possess strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. A driving license and personal vehicle are required for this position.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of working experience in financial company.
  • Vast network in local brand/retail merchants preferred.
  • Holding both SIM A and C licenses and owning a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain relationships with local merchants.
  • Train merchants on product knowledge and basic processes.
  • Propose and drive implementation of merchant programs.
  • Support program promotion media communication.
  • Identify and research potential merchants.

Business Development Acquisition Officer
Responsibilities
  • Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants.
  • Merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax process.
  • Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics.
  • Dealing with merchants in order to support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement.
  • Identify, research and maintain relationship with merchants.
  • Analyzingmarket update, developing sales program based on customer demand, business expansion, trends and competitor activity.
  • Researching ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (examples : missing features,
  • improvements, client feedback)
  • In charge of creating partnerships with brand, online merchant, payment gateway or other partners in regional.
  • Have a depth understanding of both our product and the partners' product in order to create a successful partnership.
  • Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential partners.
Qualifications
