As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Kredivo’s brand presence, driving merchant growth, and shaping end-to-end marketing initiatives. You will manage integrated brand strategies, ensure execution excellence across channels, and help expand Kredivo’s visibility in the offl ine ecosystem. This role works closely with cross-functional teams—including Business Development, Creative, and CRM—as well as external vendors and merchants, to deliver marketing programs that drive awareness, usage, and long‑term customer value.

What You Will Do
Brand Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen awareness, increase market share, and drive usage/retention.
  • Identify growth drivers, diagnose brand challenges, and propose strategic solutions rooted in data and field insights.
  • Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent, high‑quality brand representation across all touchpoints.
Campaign & Activation
  • Lead end‑to‑end campaign development—from ideation, creative briefing, production, execution, to optimization.
  • Manage multi‑channel campaigns including digital, social, CRM, and offline/events to promote Kredivo products and features.
  • Execute Go‑To‑Market (GTM) plans and user communication strategies for new product launches to ensure strong adoption.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Track, measure, and analyze brand and campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Evaluate channel effectiveness and continuously improve efficiency based on data‑driven learning.
  • Manage brand budgets and negotiate with merchants/vendors to ensure optimal ROI.
Merchant Growth & Collaboration
  • Work closely with Business Development to co‑create marketing programs that support sales targets.
  • Drive co‑branding initiatives with key merchants.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4–5 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, partnership management, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong business mindset, analytical capability, and structured problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Understanding of fintech/financial services or experience growing a consumer brand is a strong plus.
  • High drive, strong ownership, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • SQL understanding is a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
