• Partner with R&D, QA, and Regulatory for product development.
• Prepare OEM evaluation reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Job description

This role is responsible for identifying and managing OEM manufacturing partners in Indonesia and supporting the transition to locally manufactured products. The role oversees demand and production planning to ensure manufacturing readiness, product availability, cost competitiveness, and alignment with business growth.

Job Responsibilities

OEM Sourcing & Management

• Identify, assess, and shortlist potential OEM manufacturers capable of producing products according to required standards.
• Conduct capability and facility assessments.
• Collaborate with R&D and QA to ensure product replication accuracy.
• Lead commercial discussions on cost, MOQ, and timelines.
• Coordinate pilot trials and technical validations.
• Monitor OEM performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.

Demand & Production Planning

• Develop monthly and yearly demand forecasts.
• Translate forecasts into production plans.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability.
• Align production schedules with sales priorities.
• Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy and service levels.

Cost & Process Optimization

• Review OEM cost structures to ensure competitiveness.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support make-vs-buy feasibility analyses.
• Recommend operational efficiency improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with R&D, QA, and Regulatory for product development.
• Collaborate with Procurement for raw material alignment.
• Support Sales and Marketing on new product launches.
• Work with Finance on cost validation and budgeting.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare OEM evaluation reports and trial summaries.
• Maintain accurate planning and production documentation.
• Provide regular updates to management on OEM and planning performance.
