Wood School Bali is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeping / Accountant to support our daily financial operations and growing school community.

This role is best suited for someone who is already based in Bali, familiar with local regulations, and able to work closely with our on-site team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
  • Handle invoicing, receipts, and expense tracking
  • Support budgeting and cash flow monitoring
  • Assist with tax reporting and compliance (Indonesia)
  • Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting
Requirements
  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting (school, education, or small business experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and tax regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly
  • Currently living in Bali (strongly preferred)
